1. Shipping Destination

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $249.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders of $249 or more.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Please note that the total time to receive your package includes both processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Note: Orders are processed during our working hours (Mon – Sat). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure the best service, we utilize a network of trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. We automatically select the most suitable carrier based on the size of your package and your delivery location to ensure efficiency and safety.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of the following restrictions regarding shipping addresses:

  • We require a physical street address for delivery.
  • We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please adhere to the following:

  • Time Frame: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Procedure: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
  • Late Cancellations: If your order has already been processed or shipped (even if within the 24-hour window), we will be unable to cancel it.
